Refund and Cancellation Policy

To secure your dogsled reservation and time slot, full payment is required.  Clients who do not show up or fail to cancel their booking within 48 hours will be charged the entire cost of the experience.  If you make a reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no cancellations are allowed, and the full fee will be applied.  A refund can be issued with proper 48-hour notice of cancellation, subject to a $40 administration fee per transaction.

Dogsledding operations run regardless of the temperature or road conditions.  It's your responsibility to monitor the weather, dress appropriately, or cancel your adventure within the 48-hour window.  In the event of weather-related cancellations, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.  If your reservation is cancelled due to weather, you have the option to reschedule for another date.

Late Arrival Policy

To respect our other guests and staff, reservations will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, and charges will apply as per the cancellation policy.  Regrettably, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their reserved time.  In exceptional cases, and depending on our schedule, we may consider accommodating a partial ride, but this will be at our discretion and only with advance notification of your late arrival.
